Josef Holper

Josef implements engagement strategies for clients in the communications, media affairs, and public affairs spaces.

In his time with Presidio, he has generated earned media for legislative efforts, written and produced video content for public outreach campaigns, and driven social media strategy for nonprofit organizations and school districts. In addition, he has helped a state-chartered nongovernmental organization secure nearly $2 million in competitive grant funds.

Prior to joining Presidio, Josef served as the Communications Director to a Southern California member of the California State Assembly. There, he directed the member’s comprehensive communications strategy, including press and media engagement, legislative communications, community outreach, and social media and content creation.

Josef is active in his local community, serving as a board member for a local organization and a regular volunteer at St. Juliana Falconieri Parish in Fullerton, where he focuses his efforts on assisting the homeless community. He is an avid runner and amateur yogi.
