Nailea Ayala Sahagún

Nailea is a bilingual communications specialist with a background in consumer public relations, community outreach, and education. She manages the day-to-day work of Presidio’s K-12 practice, driving communications strategy and delivering on her client’s community engagement, public relations, and content creation. 

In addition, she manages the firm’s creative projects for large-scale events, including planning and execution, media outreach, live streaming, photography and videography. Nailea has led events, including the Inland Empire Navy Birthday Ball for the Naval Surface Warfare Center - Corona Division and Sound and Sabor for the launch of the Lincoln Continental in Miami, Florida. 

Prior to joining Presidio, Nailea worked with Fortune 500 companies leading their multicultural communications efforts in Southern California. Her past clients include The Lincoln Motor Company, Ford Motor Company, and McDonald’s. Nailea led successful media events and secured positive news coverage for her clients on top-tier Hispanic media outlets. 

In her spare time, Nailea enjoys discovering new riding trails with her dog and two horses.
